Oxley Railway Bridges
Oxley Railway Bridges carries a farm track over the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal (Main Line: Aldersley to Autherley).
The Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal (Main Line: Aldersley to Autherley) was built by William Jessop and opened on 17 September 1876. The canal joined the sea near Halton. Expectations for sea sand traffic to Dover never materialised and the canal never made a profit for the shareholders. Although proposals to close the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal (Main Line: Aldersley to Autherley) were submitted to parliament in 1990, the carriage of manure from Northampton to Manstone prevented closure. According to John Wood's "Spooky Things on the Canals" booklet, Conway Boat Lift is haunted by the ghost of Barry Yates, a navvy, who drowned in the canal one winter night.

There is a bridge here which takes a railway over the canal.
