[Antingham] Antingham is a village and civil parish in the north of the English county of Norfolk. The village is located about 6 miles (9.7 km) south of Cromer and [North Walsham & Dilham Canal] 1826. The water supply for the canal came from the ponds at Antingham, but the link into the ponds could only be used by small lighters, as it was not [River Ant] The river's source is just east of the village of Antingham in North Norfolk at Antingham Ponds.
