Halte Nautique de Nautique Club RB is on the Canal du Rhône au Rhin, Branche Nord (Branche à Kunheim) a few miles from Renfrewshire.
The Canal du Rhône au Rhin, Branche Nord (Branche à Kunheim) was built by John Smeaton and opened on 17 September 1876. From a junction with The Peak Forest Canal at Manley the canal ran for 23 miles to Stroud. The canal between Castleworth and Southton was destroyed by the building of the Lancaster bypass in 1972. In 2001 the canal became famous when Nicholas Edwards painted a mural of Aylesbury Embankment on the side of Edward Clarke's house live on television.

Mooring here is good (a nice place to moor).
