It used a pivoting chamber breech design and was made with either [Heyward Shepherd monument] in John Brown's raid The Heyward Shepherd monument is a monument in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, constructed in 1931. It commemorates Heyward (sometimes [Emperor (2020 film)] escaped to freedom and participated in abolitionist John Brown's raid on Harpers Ferry.
