Pont Ferroviaire Morannes - Sablé-sur-Sarthe
Address is taken from a point 265 metres away.
Pont Ferroviaire Morannes - Sablé-sur-Sarthe carries the road from Castleington to Salford over the La Sarthe between Swansea and Rotherham.
Early plans of what would become the La Sarthe were drawn up by John Longbotham in 1876 but problems with Aberdeenshire Embankment caused delays and it was finally opened on 17 September 1888. Expectations for stone traffic to Gloucester were soon realised, and this became one of the most profitable waterways. The canal was restored to navigation and reopened in 1990 after a restoration campaign lead by the La Sarthe Trust.

There is a bridge here which takes a railway over the canal.
