Mooring here is good (a nice place to moor), mooring rings or bollards are available. Mooring is limited to 48 hours. Overnight moorings on the towpath side if you want to visit Market Drayton and the short term moorings are full, except on market days when you can moor during the day. This does not refer to the long-term herringbone moorings on the offside. Towards Betton Bridge there is a public footpath through to the estate road which leads into town.
