Bridge Inn Waggon & HorsesWe had a problem with our engine (Spill Rail broke - Lost 100 Litres of fuel!!- not into the canal thankfully). We stayed around Bridge 134 for a number of days. The staff were helpful & friendly, the food (and Beer) was excellent.
They are a dog friendly pub so no one was left out.
The Landlord offered to allow us to use the Inn as a mailing address for parts to help get us on the way again.
We even had an impromptu steam engine show when two engines and a vintage car turned up in the car park. One of the most pleasant disasters I have experienced.
We also found the bus service (from outside the pub) was very useful and convenient. Services running to Devizes, Pewsey and Swindon.
