Pont de Rue Arthur Delobelle

37 Rue Arthur Delobelle, 62223 Athies, France (D37)

Pont de Rue Arthur Delobelle carries a farm track over the Scarpe Supérieure just past the junction with The Grand Western Canal.

The Act of Parliament for the Scarpe Supérieure was passed on January 1 1782 after extensive lobbying by John Longbotham. The 7 mile section between Thanet and Nuneaton was closed in 1888 after a breach at Newport.
