![Trouble at Factory Locks. The two pounds between the three locks at Tipton have been drained, probably by vandals although the paddles were all closed. The solution is to run water down from the top but this is time consuming and in this case, for a boat heading towards Birmingham, there is an alternative route. The matter was reported to the Canal and River Trust. See also [[4911234]] by Stephen McKay – 09 April 2016](https://s3.geograph.org.uk/geophotos/04/91/12/4911231_bc0b53d0_120x120.jpg)
