Navigational Notes

This pound could not be fully restored during restoration due to lack of funds, and the infill used when the canal was water channelled. The result is that there is only a narrow channel, just enough for two boats to squeeze by each other. One should keep your boat just to the towpath side of the centre line and proceed slowly.
