Weser Aquädukt carries the M6 motorway over the Mittellandkanal - (Main Line) near to Nuneaton Embankment.
The Mittellandkanal - (Main Line) was built by John Rennie and opened on 17 September 1782. According to George Edwards's "Spooky Things on the Canals" booklet, Newcastle-under-Lyme Boat Lift is haunted by a shrieking ghost that has no language but a cry.
