Colne StationWell worth stopping off here to visit Barrowford village. It’s a very easy walk across the field. There are a number of pubs and cafes, post office and a Booths supermarket. Also very interesting is the Pendle Heritage centre, with info on the Bannister family, of Roger Bannister of under 4 minute mile fame, and also the history of the Pendle witches.
