Hi
I think some link distances (miles) on the River Thames could could be tweeked.

Ie    Jubilee Junction to Abingdon Marina from 0.09   to  0.66
Abingdon Marina to Thames W&B Canal from 0.07 to 0.52
Thames W&B Canal   to   Abingdon Bridge 0.03  to 0.24

The new distances were taken from Google Maps so hopefully correct!

I have been unable to work out how to do this apart from using this forum

That seems to make the distance between Jubilee Junction and  Abingdon bridge longer than it was before - must be something a bit wrong in the underlying data. Hopefully Nick knows what to do....

You can adjust the overall distance table - which is useful if things aren't working out correctly - by visiting the waterway gazetteer page and selecting \"edit\" and \"distance table\".  If there is a very long stretch that these places are part of then adding somewhere can help.

But if one bit is looking particularly odd it's worth checking that all the places are in the right order, and all the coordinates are right.   As Steve has commented, those are all increases in distances - there needs to be a corresponding decrease somewhere if the overall distance is right.

I've checked the distances on GMaps and they are as follows:
                                                             km          ft            yds                  CP yds
Jubilee Junction to Abingdon Marina            1.12       3,662.30   1220                  165
Abingdon Marina to Thames W&B Canal   0.778    2,555.14   851                  119
Thames W&B Canal to Abingdon Bridge   0.455    1,492.58   497                    69

                                                           2.353    7710.02   2570            353

The CP yds are taken from the place strip map, so clearly there is a discrepancy of 2217yds

Sorry the layout isn't very good

Abingdon Bridge to Jubilee Junction is in the distance table for the Thames Below Oxford as 323 metres.   That clearly doesn't allow space for a 1220 yard stretch at one end of it.

I'm pretty sure that's edited data (since Jubilee Junction is a relatively new feature) but however it got like that, it clearly needs fixing, making sure that the overall distances remain correct.
