Title: Error in RSS feed

I'm assuming this is not your problem?

ERROR
Canal - an error has occurred:

    Error reported by ClearSilver templating system
    execute.c:878::ParseError: [../templates/default/moderation/rssfeed.cst:22] Unknown command html_escape(item.comment)

This happened at Sat Apr 6 20:25:43 2019 in line 14 of \"/webstuff/canalplan/cgi-bin/../cgi-bin/rss2.can\"
ClearSilver system.config.templates+'moderation/rssfeed.cst',data

Also the RSS time stamp is GMT and not BST.
