The Canal de Pommeroeul à Condé is a commercial waterway and is part of the Waterways of Mainland Europe. It runs for 11.60 kilometres through 2 locks from Liaison Dunkerque-Escaut - Canal de Pommeroeul à Condé (where it joins the Liaison Dunkerque-Escaut) to Nimy-Blaton-Peronnes - Pommeroeul-Conde Verbinding (where it joins the Kanaal Nimy-Blaton-Péronnes).

The maximum width for a boat to be able to travel on the waterway is 12 metres wide. The maximum headroom is 5.25 metres. The maximum draught is 3 metres.

The canal has two large locks (100m by 12m, with intermediate gates), both on the Belgian section.
