Alice's Steps

Beside Horsforth Road Bridge is Alice's Steps which provides access to the towpath.

These steps, gaining access to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal and the Leeds Waterways were named on 21st May 2004

"Alice's Steps"

by the Trustees, members and friends of EYE on the Aire in recognition of Alice Hopkins' support as a Trustee and local resident
