Guillotine gate through the embankment

From the Main Line at the junction of the Cape Arm, looking through the embankment, which is about fifty foot long at water level, towards the guillotine gate which used to restrict access to a factory alongside the abbreviated loop beyond. The factory has closed and the connection of the wooden gate to its runners has been gently rotting away for many years. It is still supported on a chain attached to the wall above the far side of the embankment. But for how long?
