A very nice little hump back brick bridge, and only a little pipe. It's a turnover bridge.

This is NOT Chain Bridge, but IS in the location shown, on Swingbridge Road. Chain Bridge is at Loughborough Junction, and it has a plaque to say so, see photos of that location, reference o6sb.
