Wharf buildings at Welford

Welford is a compact village at the end of the Welford arm. There are some attractive wharf buildings here and pleasant walks around the canal reservoirs. The river Avon starts near here, passes under the Oxford canal at Rugby, then the Grand Union near Warwick before becoming navigable just above Stratford.
