Saint-Léger des Vignes is close by to the left and Cercy la Tour is several kilometres in the upstream direction we are travelling.

The railway also crosses the river Aron nearby to the right. We will rejoin this river level briefly in Cercy la Tour where the station is about a kilometre away from the junction.
