How to upload photos

Hi, I'm a new user and I would like to upload a few of my own photographs. I've read the help notes several times, but I cannot find anyway of adding photographs from either a Gazetteer page or from the Photos page. I'm stumped. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Go to a place and in the Add Information menu you'll see Upload Photo
