New Contributions Change

I've notice that marker place additions in [New Contributions] are treated differently to deletions.

Additions
11-10-2022 23:04:03    Shultzy    80 new marker places added to the Murray River.    !j9r9

whereas multiple deletions are treated singularly
12-10-2022 17:48:19    Peter Stockdale    Marker place deleted from the Shropshire Union Canal (Montgomery Canal - northern unnavigable section).

This takes up a lot of space, it would be nice if they are shown as additions.
