The "What" in New Contributions

I've noticed that \"Tagged a photo to show\" has been appearing in [New Contributions] when there has been no tagging.

Also under the [History] of [Écluse de Long No 22 ] there are nine entries for \"Photo data changed by MS-Domino – 17-12-2017 12:49:46\" all at the same date and time\"

Are these just anomalies?
