The Changes page shows:

1-5-2018 23:14:46    Shultzy    Place moved on map    Wyken Arm Junction

Are you saying that should be 22:14?

If you look at the data for that change the revision table has a date stamp of 2458240.42693287
That translates to 1-5-2018 23:14:46 (the system automatically converts to local timezone unless told differently).
In the RSS it's there as Tue, 01 May 2018 22:14:46 GMT
Displayed in my RSS reader as May 1st 2018 at 23:14 and in what's new as 1-5-2018 23:14:46

If I make a change myself, now at something past 7 in the morning, I get:
revision table datestamp 2458240.76777778
translates to 2-5-2018 07:25:36
appears in RSS as Wed, 02 May 2018 06:25:36 GMT and in what's new as 2-5-2018 07:25:36

All that feels exactly right to me - the database and RSS feed is using GMT, but it is translated to BST when displayed by a reader or the code.

The online Julian date calculator here http://www.onlineconversion.com/julian_date.htm confirms the changes of those datestamps to GMT.

Time is the same in the RSS feed inside Thunderbird:

I use Rainmeter to show the changes in a popup which only reads the RSS feed and doesn't do any conversions which is why I get GMT. Thanks for the clarification.

It seems odd that Rainmeter isn't converting the date/time to your local time zone.

I take the RSS feed as a text file then parse it into the popup below. I need to convert the \"text\" time to \"real\" time then add an hour, something for the back burner.
