Missing marker places

It appears that no marker places after:

[17-4-2018 22:42:18    Peter Stockdale    113 new marker places added to the River Avon - Warwickshire (Higher Avon Navigation).    !a26o]

which have been created appear on maps; which also include mine at [Motorway Field Bridge No 159] today and those created between [17-4-2018 23:28:43] and [17-4-2018 23:56:03] yesterday.

Does it need an issue raised?
